研究领域
1.大脑功能的分子机制
借助单细胞转录组和空间转录组学,结合生物信息学,研究哺乳动物大脑进化与功能。借助云南丰富的遗传样本资源,构建多物种数字化空间细胞图谱,识别大脑细胞组织结构、细胞间的相互作用和通信机制,解析大脑功能的分子基础。
2.生物信息学
开发基于机器学习和人工智能技术的单细胞和空间转录组数据整合生物信息学算法工具;开发高效准确的跨物种单细胞图谱整合算法和工具。
