研究领域及主要成果
压力作为平行于温度、组分的一个基本物理参量,可以直接、有效地缩短物质的原子间距,改变原子(分子)间的相互作用,进而改变物质的晶体结构,形成全新的物质状态,因此高压为研制新物质、原位调控并发现新物理现象提供了无限可能。
目前研究材料体系主要集中新超导材料、磁电等量子功能材料等体系,并研究相关物理现象及其机制。具体内容包括:(1)与团队独立发现并命名了铁基“111”超导体系,开辟了铁基“111”超导体系研究领域;(2)系列富氢高温超导新材料,其中包括Ca-H富氢材料高压下具有210K的高温超导电性,是氢化物高温超导领域重大实验进展;(3)与团队相继发现Ti金属和Sc金属在高压下具有元素超导体创纪录Tc;(4)高压研制并发现系列具有低维结构新材料等。
获奖情况:
(1)2011年获北京市科学技术2等奖(第2完成人);
(2)2016年荣获国家自然科学2等奖(第2完成人);
(3)2018年获中国材料研究学会科学技术1等奖(第8完成人);
(4)2023年北京市科学技术1等奖(第6完成人);
(5)2023年中国材料研究学会科技1等奖(第2完成人)。
具体材料发现:
* 与团队发现LiFeAs铁基超导体Tc=18K,是首个由中国科学家发现并命名为“111”的铁基超导体系;
* 与团队发现富氢材料CaH6超导体,Tc>210 K,是继硫氢、稀土氢之后第三个超导温度大于200 K的近室温超导体。
* 与团队发现富氢材料SbH4超导体,Tc=116 K,是第二例Tc大于110 K的共价型富氢超体
* 与团队发现富氢材料Lu4H23超导体,Tc=71 K,是首个重稀土富氢高温超导材料
* 与团队发现富氢材料TaH3超导体,Tc=30 K
* 与团队发现富氢材料NbH3超导体,Tc=42 K
* 与团队发现富氢材料HfH14超导体,Tc=80 K
* 与团队发现元素钛(Ti)超导,Tc=26K,打破元素钙(Ca)保持近20年的元素超导温度记录
* 与团队发现元素钪(Sc)超导Tc=32K,进一步刷新元素超导温度记录,是首个Tc突破30K以上的元素超导。
* 与团队发现准一维铁涡链新材料Ba6Cr2S10,为理想铁涡模型材料
* 与团队发现准一维铁磁链新材料Ba9V3Se15、Ba9V3Te15
* 与团队发现准一维反铁磁链新材料:Ba9Fe3Te15、Ba9Co3Se15、Ba2FeS3

受教育及研究工作背景
1996年~2000年:吉林大学物理学院,凝聚态物理,学士
2000年~2005年:吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室,凝聚态物理,博士。主要从事高压材料制备及晶体生长。
2005年~2007年:清华物理系应用超导研究中心,博士后。主要从事高温超导应用研究。
2008年~至今: 中国科学院物理研究所工作,工作主要侧重于新型量子功能材料设计研制及其奇异物理性质研究。
