微生物次级代谢产物的生物合成与调控;抗肿瘤药物研发;抗过敏药物研发;

研究内容

研究领域为微生物次级代谢产物的生物合成与调控、抗肿瘤以及抗过敏药物的研发。采用基因工程、仪器分析和和酶学等手段对微生物次级代谢产物的生物合成和调控机制进行解析,以获得新型的活性化合物和前体药物,并建立细胞和动物活性检测模型进行化合物筛选和活性优化。曾经从事的研究项目有链霉菌中信号分子介导的抗生素生物合成与调控、新型过敏反应中信号转导途径的阻断研究以及真菌活性次级代谢产物的分析等。有关研究成果发表在J Allergy Clin Immun、Met Eng、Allergy、Sci China Life Sciences等知名国际刊物上。在应用研究领域获得了抗过敏的候选药物和国际PCT专利,已经在美国、中国、日本、澳大利亚等多个国家授权。
