      近5年主持中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员人才项目、江苏省优秀青年基金、国家重点研发计划课题、 中国科学院科研设备研发人才项目、国家自然科学面上和青年基金等 10 余项课题。以第一和通讯作者,在 Microbiome、Science China-Life Sciences、iMeta、 Environment International、土壤学报、生态毒理学报等期刊发表 SCI 和中文核 心论文 36 篇,单篇最高影响因子 IF5years 19.4,H 指数 28。研究成果被包括 Nature Reviews Microbiology、Nature Communication、FEMS Microbiology Reviews 等刊物引用 1700 多次,引文作者包括中国科学院朱永官院士、中国工 程院张佳宝院士,美国工程院 Pedro J. J. Alvarez 院士等知名学者;申请人以第 一发明人获授权美国发明专利 1 件,中国发明专利 7 件。主持编写的 11 份融合了噬菌体菌剂修复技术的方案在江苏、安徽、山东等地得到了落地应用。
