1996年毕业于山东聊城师范学院物理系,2001年在中科院高能物理所获理学博士学位。2001至2006年先后在日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST)、日本高能加速器研究机构(KEK)、日本原子力研究开发机构(JAEA)做JSPS博士后、研究员、Research Fellow。曾任高能物理所文献信息部主任兼党支部书记、中科院国际合作局副局长、高能物理所科研计划处副处长兼国际合作办公室主任、党支部书记等职务。现任中科院高能物理所研究员、凝聚态物理专业博士生导师。

科研活动
长期从事正电子湮没技术与材料科学交叉研究。作为主要人员参与了中科院高能物理所慢正电子束流平台的研制。留日期间在利用多手段制备新材料及其物性表征方面积累了丰富的经验。研究领域包括正电子湮没方法学、多孔氧化硅薄膜材料的制备及其微结构和缺陷的表征、高分子材料及液体中正电子素化学基础研究、离子注入氧化硅及金属材料内纳米晶粒析出对正电子捕获影响的研究等。当前正电子应用研究题目为胺基功能化介孔氧化硅材料及聚合物混合基质膜材料对二氧化碳捕获和分离性能与材料微结构关联研究。
