In 1996 she obtained the degree of Master of Science in biology from the
biology department of Beijing Normal University; in 1999 she was conferred the
degree of Master in botany by Xinjiang Institute of Ecology & Geography
under the CAS; in 2003 she was conferred the doctor's degree in ecology by
Shenyang Institue of Applied Ecology under the CAS.
Experience
Work Experience
From 1999 up to now she has been working at Xinjiang Institute of Ecology & Geography under the CAS and is now a research fellow of the Institute, deputy head of Turpan Desert Research Station(desert botanical garden) and master's tutor. In 2003 she was appointed associate research fellow and in 2005 was promoted to research fellow, mainly engaged in the studies on the biodiversity conservation of desert plants in the arid region and molecular biology.
