研究领域

       植物有性生殖包括生殖器官形成、孢子发生、配子体发育、雌雄配子体间的相互识别、受精和胚胎发育等过程,其结果是种子和果实形成。氮素是植物生长和产量形成的基础,生物固氮是维持大气氮平衡的重要因素,豆科植物共生固氮对农业生产和土壤改良非常重要,人们梦寐以求的目标是让水稻、小麦等非豆科植物也能固氮,但前提是充分认识共生固氮的机制。这些研究不仅对于人类认识自然具有深远的科学意义,而且对农业生产也具有重要的现实意义。本实验室重点开展以下四个方面的研究:
       1)胚囊发育的遗传调控;
       2)花粉管与胚囊间相互识别的分子基础;
       3)受精及受精卵发育的分子机制;

       4大豆共生固氮的分子细胞生物学机制。

     欢迎有志从事植物科学研究的同学报考。
