研究领域

采用结构生物学方法解析病原微生物侵入宿主的分子机制。基于病原与宿主的互作机制,进一步开展病原微生物防控研究,具体包括如下三个个方面:

1.基于病原优势表位设计纳米颗粒亚单位疫苗(nano-paiticle vaccine),来预防病原微生物的侵入;

2.基于已有抗原优势表位信息设计特异性抗体,来阻断病原微生物的侵入;

3.基于病原生命周期中关键酶设计小分子抑制剂,来阻断病原的生命周期,进而开发成高效阻断病原的抑制剂。
