Research Areas

1. The genomic and epigenomic changes and the functional consequences during crop domestication and polyploidization.

2. The mechanism underlying specific regulation of epigenetic modifications during development and envioronmental responses.

3. High throughput sequencing-aided mapping of genes controling agronomic trait in wheat.
