1985年毕业于郑州大学物理系,同年进入中国科学院高能物理研究所工作。1993年至1994年在法国巴黎XI大学(Orsay),作访问学者,1999年在欧洲核子研究中心做访问学者。2004年晋升为高能物理研究所研究员。
