研究领域

组织工程心血管及其钙化抑制机理研究:主要采用天然心血管材料经脱细胞、交联处理,研制持久抗钙化、可降解、可再细胞化的组织工程支架,用于软组织损伤修复,如心脏瓣膜、小口径(< 6 mm)血管等。
硬组织(骨)工程中的血管化及其机理研究:研究集中在无机材料不同组成的降解释放、细胞相容性、对血管化的影响、细胞信号通路的探索。
天然产物多酚和单硅酸根对间充质细胞和干细胞成骨、成血管的反向调控及其机理研究。
