研究领域

长期致力于力学、工程科学、生物医学等多学科交叉领域的研究。利用器官芯片、微流控、类器官等前沿技术,构建三维、动态、可控的高度生理、病理相关的微生理、病理系统,研究力学/物理微环境对组织、器官功能的影响以及调控机制,解析复杂生理、病理过程及组织器官间的相互作用,为组织器官发育、疾病发病机理和药物研发评价等提供新的思路、策略和方法。
