研究领域

1. 母乳寡糖和糖蛋白糖链的纯化制备和结构分析
    以母乳为研究对象,发展母乳中游离寡糖、糖脂、糖蛋白糖链的纯化制备方法,获得单体化合物,结合质谱、核磁共振波谱等方法对结构进行​鉴定和解析。同时,建立母乳寡糖分析方法,对不同血型、年龄、哺乳时期母乳进行分析,解析其寡糖差别。
2. 构建生物源寡糖库
    以生物来源天然寡糖为研究对象,纯化寡糖单体,构建寡糖的标准品库。
3. 寡糖功能研究
    通过寡糖芯片的方法,研究寡糖与病毒、致病菌的作用。
