Research Interests

Main research interests include: (a) marine microbial diversity of culture dependent and independent, (b) accessing their adaptation to the deep sea environment or growth limitation by using genome sequencing, (c) selective isolation for unculture marine microorganisms, and (d) prokaryotes phylogeny and their utilization. Welcome anyone whose interests in above research topics to my group for doctor or postdoctor research work in Chinese Academy of Sciences.
