研究领域

研究方向将主要聚焦于有机合成化学及其在药物发现中的应用。通过发展合成化学中的新催化剂、新概念、新策略,实现原子间的高效、高选择性成键、手性药物分子的规模化制备、类药性化合物库的快速构建及新药发现,积极探索不对称催化面向药物合成、药物发现的应用,以基础研究带动原始创新的应用研究,促进基础研究的成果产业化转化。


主要研究方向包括:

(1)发展高效、高选择性催化剂和合成策略合成药用天然产物及药物分子(有机合成方法学及全合成)

(2)针对重要生理活性分子进行修饰、结构优化和构效关系研究,开发药物先导化合物和药物候选化合物(药物化学);

(3)基于氮杂环的串联反应高效构筑多样性杂环化合物库并开展表型筛选,挖掘苗头和先导化合物(药物化学);

(4)发展药物合成关键技术及绿色合成工艺开发(药物合成工艺)。
