Experience

In 2004, I enrolled in the IHEP to pursue a Ph.D. in particle physics experiment, and participated in the construction of the Beijing Spectrometer (BESIII), a major upgrade project for the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider. In 2009, I stayed in post-doctoral work, focusing on nuclear electronics and nuclear detectors (as a post doctor of engineering). As On-Call Expert, I was responsible for the operation and maintenance of MUC and TOF detectors for many years. In 2011, I joint IHEP, working on the development of new type of photomultiplier tubes (MCP-PMT) for the next generation neutrino experiment (JUNO). I am a member of BESIII and JUNO international collaboration group and has contributed and signed in more than 250 physics articles.
