研究领域

近几年,我们的研究领域主要集中在利用超高真空分子束外延等先进的材料生长技术制备新型低维材料及其异质结构,利用低温扫描隧道显微镜等技术手段在单原子水平上表征其结构,研究其中的新奇物性,并探索其潜在应用。我们感兴趣的研究对象包括:二维材料及异质结构、单分子器件、氧化物界面的二维电子气等。
