Research Areas

Dr. Li's research interests include: distributed system modeling and optimization, networking, resource management and security defense in 5G/6G networks, coordinated servive and security defense of mobile edge computing, privacy-perserving machine learning in distributed systems,  and green ICT. He has published more than 60 research papers in referred journals (such as IEEE/ACM TMC, TIFS, CL, TECS, etc.) and international conferences (such AAAI, SECON, GC, ICC, etc.) in these areas, and , and has been granted over 20 patents. He was a recipient of Best Paper Awards of IEEE ICNC12 and IEEE IWCMC’19, the Top Article Award of Outstanding Journals in China (2017), and the Outstanding Researcher Awards of IoA (2013) and IIE (2019, 2020) in CAS. His research has been sponsored by national and enterprise funding such as NSF and IIE. 

Education

He received the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from the Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2011.
