研究领域

菌群在生态系统中处于非常重要的地位,不但参与环境中能量和物质的循环,同时也对宿主(如动物)的健康和疾病至关重要。这为利用菌群预测或控制农业有害动物爆发、保护生物多样性、改善人类健康和生活质量等提供了新思路。本课题组将通过研发和应用基于大数据采集与分析的精确技术,特别是基于测序和成像的单细胞技术,从环境或共生菌群发现重要的功能微生物并研究其生物学,在此基础上结合人工智能和生物技术实现对菌群的精准调控,同时为调控动物的繁殖与行为、改善环境或宿主健康等提出理论或开发具体技术。
