• Integrated biotechnological processes for conversion of waste biomass and wastewater into environmental friendly pruducts, such as, biofertilizers, biocontrol agents, biogas, enzymes, etc.
• Molecular microbial ecology in phyllosphere, rhizosphere and aquatic water.
