研究领域

实验室致力于“病毒感染与防治研究的新策略和新系统“的开发和应用基础研究。主要研究方向包括:1)基于合成生物学原理和技术手段,开发病毒生命过程调控元件,进行病毒定向工程,促进工程病毒的医学应用,包括疫苗、病毒载体等;2)基于干细胞、原代细胞、微流控芯片,合成构建人器官组织体外仿生系统—人器官芯片,为疾病研究及防治策略开发提供人器官生理相关的临床前研究平台,为个性化疫疗提供新工具。研究成果以通讯作者、第一作者(含共同一作)发表于Science、Nature Biotechnology、Nature Biomedical Engieering、Nature Comunications、Science Advances、Biomaterials等期刊;申请及授权专利20余项。
