1. 开发世界上首个面向疾病机理及全新药物设计途径的iHuman(数字人体动态模拟)系统

    注:iHuman是一个全新的面向疾病机理及全新药物设计的人体数字动态模拟系统。可以直接模拟基因敲入、敲除、过表达等用以研究疾病机理和发现治疗靶点,同时可以模拟不同药物浓度对个体或特定细胞的影响以进行新型药物设计与筛选。

 

2. 利用多组学数据研究衰老及衰老相关复杂疾病分子机理。

 

3. 整合生物信息学和化学信息学针对复杂疾病进行药物设计。
