研究领域

主要从事细胞信号转导以及药物作用机理研究,具体方向包括以下几个方面:

1.   细胞信号转导途径的研究

o   我们重点研究激酶和转录因子在细胞信号传导中的作用,关注激酶信号通路在细胞感知外界刺激、传递信号至细胞核并调控基因表达方面起关键作用。通过构建这些信号通路的模型,我们深入了解细胞如何对外界信号作出响应,并参与各种生理过程,如炎症、免疫反应和细胞凋亡等。

2.   离子共转运蛋白的功能研究

o   离子共转运蛋白(如NKCC1, KCCs等)在维持细胞内环境的离子稳态(如钠、钾、氯等)方面起重要作用。我们研究这些蛋白的信号转导机制,探讨它们在调节细胞内离子平衡中的具体功能,揭示细胞在不同生理和病理状态下如何调控离子内稳态。

3.   炎症和免疫机制

o   研究细胞如何通过特定信号通路感知和应对炎症及免疫反应。特别是TLR4-NF-κB信号通路,我们深入探讨其在免疫反应中的具体机制及其对细胞凋亡的调控作用。

4.   细胞凋亡的调控

o   探讨细胞在凋亡过程中涉及的信号转导途径和关键蛋白。通过研究这些过程,我们希望理解细胞如何在受损或受刺激时通过凋亡途径清除自身,从而维持组织的健康。

5.   细胞内环境的稳态

o   重点研究钠、钾、氯等离子的内稳态调控机制。离子稳态对于细胞的正常功能至关重要,我们通过研究这些过程,探讨其在生理和病理状态下的变化及其对细胞功能的影响。

6.   相关疾病的生物学特征研究

o   通过上述研究,我们希望揭示多种疾病(如癌症、炎症性疾病、自身免疫疾病、神经退行性疾病等)的生物学特征,了解这些疾病的发生和发展机制,为疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供科学依据。

7.   小分子调控研究

o   通过筛选和设计小分子药物,研究其对上述信号通路和离子共转运蛋白的调控作用。我们旨在开发新型小分子药物,用于干预和治疗相关疾病。这些研究不仅有助于理解药物作用的分子机制,也为新药研发提供重要的理论基础。

8.   天然微生物来源的产物的活性分析与鉴定

o   通过对来自环境(如海洋、深海等)的微生物进行分离、培育、筛选和发酵,分析活性物质的富集、分离及其抗菌、抗病毒、抗人类疾病等活性;并进行活性物质基因簇的分子生物学研究,以及通过合成生物学手段提高活性物质的产量。
