研究领域

本人的研究以纳米生物界面为主线、纳米材料的安全应用为目标,主要围绕纳米材料介导的炎症反应、细胞焦亡及毒性机理、纳米材料的构效关系、功能性纳米材料的生物合成及潜在应用展开研究。针对炎症反应这一共性问题,以肺纤维化等炎症相关疾病为研究对象,通过交叉科学研究手段发展一系列新型纳米药物,在治疗方式、给药途径、作用机理等方面有所创新,旨在为重大疾病提供安全高效的治疗方案。近年来,在 Adv. Mater., Matter, Nano Today, ACS Nano, Small等学术期刊上发表 SCI 论文 20 余篇,申请国家发明专利4项,现已授权3 项。研究成果被Nat. Nanotechnol.Nat. Comm., Advance Material等知名期刊或媒体广泛报道。
