研究领域
研究方向为水产养殖科学,主要从事海水鱼类的种质遗传进化和繁殖发育研究。采用多维分子标记揭示了西太平洋海洋鱼类种质遗传格局现状,从进化尺度和生态尺度探索了影响海洋鱼类遗传格局的古地质、古气候及现今环境因素;针对石鲷科等鱼类存在异型染色体生物学现象,综合采用全基因组测序、Hi-C技术和转录组高通量等技术在国际上首次明确了雄鱼异型染色体的起源及遗传组成,为复性性染色体系统(X1X1X2X2/X1X2Y)的性别决定机制及性别人工调控提供了有效指导,先后参加了2015年、2016年和2018年在台北和越南举办亚洲鱼类学会。已发表科研论文50余篇(Sci 30余篇),获得授权发明专利2项,主持了包括国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研发计划项目等在内的项目10余项,获省部级奖6次。
