  • 长期从事新型室温太赫兹红外探测研究:①面向无障碍探测场景的需求, ②结合太赫兹频段复杂环境高分辨成像的特点,③聚焦新材料场效应光电功能器件基础与应用, ④发展太赫兹红外宽谱响应机制与器件研究。
