研究领域

实验室主要研究方向为疫苗与大分子药物研发。详细分为传染性疾病的研究,包括HIV、呼吸道病毒、抗体研发等几大方向:


•艾滋病疫苗研究:

Ø发现了通过阻断PD-1 及Tim-3的免疫负调节信号通路可显著提升艾滋病疫苗的CD8+ T细胞免疫应答水平,为HIV疫苗佐剂设计提供了新思路(Hum VaccinImmunother., 2013 Dec 10;10(3).);

Ø揭示了机体可利用自噬机制对内源性蛋白(包括HIV抗原)进行MHCⅡ类分子的抗原提呈,从而提升了HIV疫苗CD4+T细胞免疫应答,对新型疫苗研发有重要启示意义。(PloS One, 2014, Mar 26;9(3));

Ø率先研发了可防治黏膜途径感染猴艾滋病毒(SIV)的新型疫苗,发现其激发的效应记忆性CD8+ T细胞免疫与保护效果呈正相关,相关产品即将进入临床研究(Journal of Virology, 2013, 87:5669);

Ø以猴艾滋病疫苗为模型,研发了克服抗腺病毒抗体的新技术,提升了相关生物制品的使用效率和范围。(Journal of Virology, 2012, 86:11031)。

Ø发明了矿化HIV疫苗(Adv Mat, 2015 Nov 26. doi: 10.1002/adma.201503740.)


•呼吸道传染病及疫苗研究: 

Ø发现了流感病毒致病新机理(Journal of Virology, 2015 Oct 14. pii: JVI.00576-15.);

Ø结核疫苗的研究(Hum Vaccine Immunother, 2015 Jul 3;11(7)1803-13); 

ØH7N9的研究(Antiviral Research, 2014, Apr 16 );

Ø新示踪流感病毒并可用于活体动物跟踪流感病毒感染(Nature Communications 2013;4:2369);

Ø抗流感病毒药物筛选(Current Pharmaceutical Design, 2013, 19: 5146);

Ø提高流感疫苗株的产量(Hum Vaccine Immunother. 2012,1:252)。


•生物药物的研发: 

Ø探究如何快速研发中和抗体。建立并验证了以免疫猕猴的外周血淋巴细胞为来源,建立抗体噬菌体库,筛选针对病原体的高亲和力中和抗体的平台(Scientific Reports, 25856 (2016);One, 2013, June 8:6:e66276); 

Ø基因敲除小鼠研究基因新功能。发现了sPLA2可调控代谢及炎症及免疫反应(Obesity, 2015 Apr;23(4):760-8. Hepatology, 2011, 53:458-466.)。
