研究领域

刘劲松博士实验室利用X-射线晶体衍射技术、冷冻电镜等手段,解析生物大分子三维精细结构,在分子水平上阐明基于生物大分子的结构与功能关系的生命现象;并通过阐明生物大分子与小分子抑制剂在结构与功能方面的分子作用机理,为药物分子的合理设计提供思路。刘劲松博士曾在 “Nature Structural Biology, Nature, Science” 等知名国际杂志上发表过多篇学术论文,解析过多种蛋白质结构,包括:流感病毒NS1蛋白、蛋白与DNA复合物、胶原蛋白类型多肽、核激素受体、蛋白激酶、脂肪酶等。
