研究领域

主要研究逆转录病毒急性和持续性感染中与宿主细胞的相互作用。利用原代细胞、活体组织体外培养,及MLV(鼠淋巴细胞病毒)感染的小鼠模型,研究逆转录病毒的黏膜感染机制,分析病毒对免疫细胞功能调控作用,寻找病毒初始感染诊断或阻断策略;通过基因表达组学、新型蛋白修饰组学和细胞分子生物学手段,鉴定调控HIV-1复制的关键宿主因子,揭示HIV持续/潜伏感染的调控机制,探讨基于宿主因子表达或修饰的抗病毒感染治疗的新靶标和新手段。
