研究领域

主要研究方向为天然产物的化学生物学,综合运用有机化学、生物信息学、分子生物学、生物化学、分析化学、基因工程及代谢工程等学科知识与实验技术手段,进行以下三个方面研究:  

1、真菌活性次生代谢产物生物合成途径及酶催化机制研究; 

2、针对天然产物研究中的关键原始创新点----靶标/药物新结合位点的发现展开研究,阐明活性天然产物的作用靶标及其作用机制; 

3、活性天然产物的合成生物学研究。
