General
Cui Fu, male, was born in 1965 in China. He is the pioneer and advocate who practices the “economic equality of all mankind”, i.e., “Fu Credit movement”. He is the first who advances the “general law of information”, and proposes the philosophy that “world is informational”. He is also the founder of the “Fu Credit ideal money theory”, and the inventor of “Fu Credit account”.

Cui Fu’s social activities extend to: promote the ideal of “economic equality of all mankind’ all through the world; advocate “the globally unified scientific measure of money”; popularize the new financial inclusion system in characteristic of the Fu Credit Bank features; render the innovative financial risk management schemes to commercial banks; provide the advisory and decision-making supports to government, non-government organizations and enterprises. He also takes an active part in social welfare and charitable activities.

Cui Fu is the first scholar who formally puts forward the establishment of “the globally unified scientific measure of money”, and defines this measurement as Fu. He is also the first scholar who proposes the idea that “everyone has credit”.

Cui fu originally practices the teaching method of “learning with application”. His lecture takes in both the theoretical classroom and at the same time the practical training ground.
