研究领域
主要从事海洋浮游生态学相关研究,聚焦在气候变化和人类活动影响下多尺度海洋动力过程对浮游生态系统结构变动和生物生产过程的影响和机制研究。
1、气候变化和人类活动背景下动力过程对浮游生物的调控机制研究
探究极端气候/天气和强人类扰动下,黑潮、涡旋、上升流等多尺度动力过程对浮游生物的调控作用。
2、极端环境下的生物固氮机制研究
探究冷泉、大洋最小含氧带等极端环境的固氮作用,解析了固氮与其他元素的耦合机制。
近五年,共发表论文40篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Applied and Environmental Microbiology, Deep Sea Research Part I, Journal of Geophysical Research: Oceans, Microbiology Spectrum, Chemosphere等主流期刊发表论文13篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、科技基础调查专项子课题等7项,参编专著3部。
