研究领域
病原微生物与免疫学, 主要研究病原微生物与宿主互作及宿主免疫识别过程中相关的蛋白质结构与功能。
分子免疫学领域:集中研究T细胞免疫中分子识别的蛋白质与蛋白质的相互作用,尤其是细胞界面的表面蛋白质(受体与配体)之间的相互作用。
分子病毒学领域:囊膜病毒侵入的分子机制,尤其是细胞受体与病毒囊膜蛋白相互作用及融合抑制剂的药物设计。
分子流行病学与分子进化:近几年来,联合国内其他优势单位,对野生水禽感染禽流感、人感染2型猪链球菌、猪的无名高热等传染病进行了系统研究。
