研究内容
1.挖掘马氏珠母贝性状优异基因,解析生长发育重要基因功能和调控机制,为优异种质创制提供理论基础,如珍珠质形成的功能基因等。
2.研究深海冷泉大型底栖生物的遗传多样性和种群连通性,探究极端环境下大型底栖生物的生态环境机制,助力大湾区冷泉资源的可持续利用和生态可持续发展。
3.研究礁栖功能螺类的基因组学,为螺类的生殖繁育和人工育苗等提供理论基础和指导。
