研究领域

研究工作紧密围绕作物整体抗旱性与高效利用水分这一研究的核心,在不同基因型作物根系特征与WUE关系、作物对干旱适应性的分子生理机制、根系对水分利用效率的调控以及补偿效应的高效用水生理机制等方面取得了重要进展。

个人简介

邓西平,男,教授、博士生导师。曾任黄土高原土壤侵蚀与旱地农业国家重点实验室副主任,现任陕西省植物学会副理事长。2004年度被评为享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。担任《Outlook on Agriculture 》杂志编委(SCI,英国)。多年来一直从事于旱地农业与植物抗旱生理的研究方向,在植物对干旱适应的生理基分子础和植物高效利用水分的生理基础等研究方面,将植物抗旱节水的微观研究与我国水资源短缺条件下的作物产量形成过程密衔接起来,在旱作栽培的应用基础研究方面取得了一些新的进展。近年年代表性科研成果:部分成果,被2011年度Agricultural Water Management 杂志评为该刊物近五年来发表的学术影响最大的十篇论文之一;2010年8月19日英国《Nature》杂志专访邓西平:气候变化对中国水土保持的挑战。合作论文先后发表在Nature, (2014、2018)、Plant Cell and Environment(2016)、Plant Physiology(2014)、Journal of experimental botany(2014)、 Nature Scientific Reports (2016)等重要国际刊物上发表,SCI单篇最高引用率三百多次,Hi指数39,G指数76,总IF 300多点。
