1, the homological anomaly equation in topological string thoery and invariants of Calabi-yau threefold, such as Gromov-Witten, Donaldson-Thomas, Gopakumar-Vafa invariants, etc.
2,. the physical and mathematical properity of Calabi-Yau manifolds and D-branes
