研究领域

主要从事半导体器件物理研究,担任十四五“物态调控”重点专项专家组组长,承担基金委创新群体项目、“微纳结构中的量子调制和应用探索”973项目、半导体科学技术发展战略研究等任务,在半导体低维量子结构中的器件物理基础研究中取得一系列研究成果,获得国家自然科学二等奖三项(200420092017)、“何梁何利”科技进步奖(2011)等奖励。
