研究领域

  课题组目前的研究方向主要是聚焦在T细胞免疫调节,特别是致力于研究调节性T细胞(Treg)的抑制机理及其自身稳定性的调控机制,揭示Treg细胞功能转换的分子信号网络,跟踪分析Treg细胞在体内的动态变化规律,探讨Treg细胞和其他效应性T细胞与自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、传染性疾病的关系及其应用。

  结合转基因小鼠的构建和细胞功能实验,本课题组主要研究工作包括:Treg的抑制机理和稳定性调控机制研究;效应性Treg的形成机制研究;探索免疫系统中CD4阳性T细胞的分化发展方向;肿瘤TCR-T治疗研发。
