      本人有着丰富的研究生指导经验,作为联合导师指导的学生已分布于国内外知名企业、政府机关、高校和科研机构。毕业的学生中,部分已在国内外知名企业就任高管或团队负责人,部分已在国内外知名高校和科研机构暂露头角,或在国家政府机关表现优异,产生了积极的影响。

工作经历

       2009年博士毕业留所工作至今  历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者

       在大数据与社会计算、认知图谱与决策智能、人机混合智能与决策的基础理论研究、关键技术研发和系统平台建设等方面系取得了丰富的研究成果。

       已在国内外顶级或知名学术期刊和学术会议上发表论文150余篇,出版学术著作9部,已授权国家发明专利和软件著作权20余项。

       作为负责人承担了包括国家重点研发计划项目项目和课题负责人)、国家科技重大专项(课题负责人)、科技创新2030重大项目(课题负责人)、国家自然科学基金委项目(项目和课题负责人)等国家相关项目20余项,作为项目核心骨干基金委创新群体、国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划项目等国家相关项目20余项,总经费超过1亿元。所主持或作为核心骨干参与的国家相关项目成果已获得成功应用和广泛推广,多个项目结题获评“特优”或“优秀”, 研究成果被集成到“十一五”、“十二五”国家科技重大专项的科研平台,入选国家自然科学基金委年度优秀成果。已获得省部级科学技术进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖2项。

      2019年至今任自动化所互联网大数据与安全信息学研究中心支部书记,担任支部书记期间获得“自动化所先进基层党组织”、"自动化所优秀党务工作者"、“中国科学院先进基层党组织”、“中央和国家机关先进基层党组织”、“中央和国家机关‘四强党支部’”、“中国科学院‘四强’标兵党支部”等荣誉称号。

     在国内外学术组织或机构担任的职务主要包括:① 国际学术任职:主要包括:5次担任国际学术会议执行主席(领域顶级会议执行主席2次),7次担任国际学术会议出版主席(领域顶级会议出版主席2次),曾任ACM社会与经济计算分会秘书长,IJCAI、AAAI、WWW等40余个国际会议程序委员会委员。② 国内学术任职:主要包括:2次担任基金委双清论坛秘书组成员,中国指挥与控制学会大数据科学与工程专委会副主任兼总干事,中国人工智能产业发展联盟学术与知识产权组副组长,管理科学与工程学会人工智能技术与管理应用研究会副秘书长,中国计算机学会大数据专委会通讯委员、中国指挥与控制学会青年专家委员会常务委员、中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会委员、IEEE智能交通学会北京学生分会学生指导老师,曾任中关村移动互联网产业联盟大数据专委会副主任委员。

作为项目负责人已承担国家及相关项目20余项,包括:国家重点研发计划项目、国家科技重大专项项目、国家自然基金委重点支持项目、国家自然科学基金委面上项目、青年项目以及国际合作项目、北京青年英才项目以及多项重要横向合作项目,作为核心骨干成员参与国家重要项目20余项,课题总经费超过亿元;所主持或作为核心骨干参与的国家相关项目成果已获得成功应用和广泛推广,多个项目结题获评“特优”或者“优秀”, 研究成果被集成到“十一五”、“十二五”国家科技重大专项的科研平台,入选国家自然科学基金委年度优秀成果。
