秦文健,博士,博士生导师,中科院深圳先进技术研究院高级工程师,中科院深圳先进技术研究院团委副书记(兼),深圳理工大学双聘副教授,中科院深圳先进技术研究院-阿联酋大学智能计算联合实验室主任,中国科学院特聘研究技术攻坚岗,中国科学院青年促进会会员,鹏程孔雀计划特聘高层次人才,秦博士于2019年获得中国科学院大学模式识别与智能系统专业,美国斯坦福大学博士联合培养。秦博士研究方向为多模态肿瘤图像计算成像与智能分析,致力于的计算全息成像、多模态图像分割与检测、医学混合现实的研究。研发成果获得 4 项医疗器械注册证和 4项企业横向合作,并成功应用于临床,2020年获辽宁省科技进步二等奖,获得 5 项创业大赛奖和 7 项优秀成果奖,12 项多模医学影像导航技术专利产品成功转移。以项目负责人承担了国家自然科、科技部重点研发、广东省重点和深圳市重点等项目 10 项。在IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, Physics in Medicine & Biology, Radiotherapy and Oncology和Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine等本领域权威期刊已发表 SCI/EI 检索论文 60 多篇,申请国家发明/实用新型专利 60 多项 (其中已授权的发明专利 37 项,实用新型 2 项),软件著作权 4 项。
秦博士是吴阶平基金会模拟医学部委员,广东省精准医学应用学会青年博士委员会副主任委员。担任国际权威期刊IEEE Journal of Biomedical Health Informatics,Medical Physics,Frontiers in Neuroscience客座主编, Frontiers in Radiology审稿编辑,是Lancet Digital Health, American Journal of Pathology, Physics in Medicine and Biology, MICCAI等国际权威顶级期刊和学术会议的审稿人。申请人还担任MICCAI2019、IEEE-ICMIPE2019、IMS2017、IMS2018,CMMCA2022等国际学术会议执行组织负责人。科技部、国自然、教育部、广东省科技厅、深圳市科创委等项目评审专家。详细信息可访问实验室网站:www.qin-mixlab.cn/
