研究领域
以小鸡、啮齿类动物及树鼩为主要动物行为模型,通过内窥成像、光遗传学等神经生物学手段,研究药物成瘾的脑机制。并拓展到行为成瘾与药物成瘾患者行为决策认知机制的研究,胚胎期成瘾药物暴露对子代神经发育及成瘾易感性的影响,以及对抑郁症神经机制的研究和新型抗抑郁药物的筛选。
具体方向:
1.药物成瘾的DNA甲基化机制。
2.胚胎期成瘾药物暴露影响子代学习记忆能力及成瘾易感性的GABA机制。
3.近灵长类动物(树鼩)药物成瘾模型的创建及成瘾行为神经生物学机制的研究。
4.树鼩抑郁症机制的研究及新型抗抑郁药物的筛选。
5.行为成瘾与药物成瘾患者行为决策认知机制的研究。
