研究领域

          新型有机污染物环境分析与控制对策 

l  长期从事持久性有机污染物(POPs)环境分析与控制对策研究工作,围绕我国履行POPs公约需求,在典型工业过程二噁英等POPs生成与控制机制等方面开展了系列研究。

l  2017年以来以通讯作者发表SCI论文23篇,工作以来共发表包括13Environmental Science & Technology在内SCI论文110余篇,SCI引用2700余次。获PCT专利1项,发明专利多项,软件著作权2项,制定标准1项。

l  对铁矿石烧结、燃煤电厂等工业源二噁英等POPs的生成与控制机制进行了研究,发现脱硫设施可以实现常规污染物与二噁英等污染物的协同减排,对其减排机制及关键影响因素开展了研究,可为相关行业开展POPs减排提供参考。文章发表在Environmental Science & Technology等期刊上。

l  对焚烧过程二噁英的生成与阻滞机制开展了系统研究,与中科环保、盛运股份等企业合作,开展钙基阻滞技术的研发与技术推广。以“废弃物焚烧与钢铁冶炼二噁英污染控制技术与对策”为题获2019年度国家科技进步二等奖(本人排名第三)。

l  长期参与环保部POPs履约相关工作,为环保部二噁英排放源调查提供了十余年技术支持,完成了我国二噁英清单和排放因子的历次编制工作,与各地方环保部门建立了良好关系。对我国二噁英排放清单进行了总结,提出了未来十年的减排空间与减排路线图,文章发表在Journal of Hazardous Materials期刊上。

l  主持开发了全球环境基金项目“提高泡沫行业环境绩效:中国HBCD淘汰与管理项目”。编制了一份总资金为8880万美元(其中全球环境基金赠款1260万美元)的项目计划书(执行期2021-2025),项目已经获批并开始执行。该项目通过争取国际赠款,帮助我国相关行业实现HBCD的淘汰与替代。

l  开展了新污染物的环境分布特征研究。以课题负责人身份主持了国家重点研发计划课题“典型区域高关注化学品污染特征和分布规律研究(2018/12-2021/11)”,对长三角区域多介质中二噁英、PCNsPAHsVOCs等多种污染物的分布特征和环境归趋开展了研究,开展了6-PPD、苯并卡唑等新污染物的探索性研究,为该区域化学品污染管理提供支撑。
