个人简介及科研成果

2008年于中南大学应用物理学专业获学士学位,2013年于中国科学院大学(培养单位中科院半导体所)凝聚态物理专业获博士学位,期间于2010年录取为清华大学物理系联培博士。20137月起任职于中科院半导体所半导体材料科学重点实验室。20161月至20181月在美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校从事博士后研究。之后回半导体所任副研究员,受聘中国科学院大学岗位教师。入选北京市科技新星计划、中科院青年促进会会员、中科院半导体所青年科技人才推进计划、半导体材料科学重点实验室成材青年激励计划。2022年入选中科院特聘研究骨干,晋升项目研究员。先后与美国、德国、波兰、意大利、白俄罗斯等多个国家课题组开展访学交流、项目合作等,同时也参与孟加拉国和巴基斯坦等国博士留学生的培养工作,具有丰富的国际合作交流经验。

低维半导体材料及光电性能掺杂调控、半导体能带工程及异质结物理、有机和钙钛矿等新型半导体材料及其光电转换器件、钙钛矿叠层太阳电池、溶液法大面积柔性器件工艺等。

已在Energy Environ. Sci.JouleAdv. Funct. Mater.SmallNanoscaleJ. Power SourcesActa Materialia等杂志发表SCI论文50余篇,发明专利20项。重要科研成果包括:(1)国际上首创曲面异质结,协同调控有源层光场和电场,应用于太阳电池及光电探测器大幅提升器件光电转换性能,同时使器件具有更广的入射光捕获角度及优异的冷热冲击耐受能力;(2)突破多异质结叠层前后薄膜层间无损制备技术,解决了层间应力导致的膜层分离问题,构建了碳基光电材料分子碰撞动力学模型,解决了分子碰撞损伤问题。研制出光电转换效率达到25.4%的钙钛矿/硅叠层太阳电池;(3)开展了有机及钙钛矿太阳电池中异质结界面优化工作,实现了电荷的高效输运与收集;(4)提出体异质结太阳电池中有序内建电场和定向电荷输运的优化策略,利用等离激元局域电场增强提升激子分离效率,利用挠曲电效应优化了界面能带分布;(5)基于量子点量子阱核壳异质结对杂化发光器件性能进行调控,实现了红、绿、蓝不同波段发光。6)基于等离激元开发出突破光学衍射极限的钙钛矿纳米激光器。
