中国科学院软件研究所软件工程技术研发中心研究员，中国科学院特聘研究岗位，博士生导师。主要研究方向为智能软件工程、软件测试与维护、软件可靠性等。目前主要关注大模型赋能的云原生软件智能测试与运维、基于AI的无人自主系统（如：自动驾驶系统）仿真测试与验证、大模型驱动的智能体应用开发与可靠性保障等。作为负责人和技术骨干承担和参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目和国家高技术研究发展计划(863 计划)项目，所创新基金重大项目等。长期与南方电网等多家企事业单位开展项目合作，开展成果应用落地。在TSC、JSS、ICSE、ISSTA、FSE、ASE、ICRA、ICSME等国内外重要学术期刊和会议发表论文50余篇，申请发明专利30余项。获中科院软件所优秀青年科技人才、北京市科技进步奖二等奖、中国电力企业联合会电力科技创新奖一等奖、广东电网科技进步二等奖、中国质量协会质量技术奖二等奖等。指导学生获得NASAC最佳学生论文、中国软件大会机器人大模型与具身智能挑战赛二等奖等，多人次获得国家奖学金、北京市优秀毕业生、中国科学院院长奖等荣誉。
