研究领域

     主要研究植物种子(胚胎和胚乳)的发育生物学基础,研究合子胚受精激活的分子机理以及小分子多肽在植物干细胞调控过程中的作用。研究内容包括: 1)受精后合子激活的分子机理; 2)胚乳糊粉层和淀粉胚乳分化; 3)多肽激素与植物的信号转导;

     主要学术贡献: 提出了生长素的极性运输控制植物器官原基形成的理论,建立了植物界第一个细胞质分裂的突变体模型,阐明了控制胚乳细胞分裂所必需的一系列基因,发现AMP脱氨酶在受精卵激活过程中的关键作用,证实了控制干细胞分化的CLV3和CLE19基因是以小分子多肽激素形式参与信号传递。已发表论文和专著70余篇,总引用达3200余次。
