Appointments
  • 2012 – Present, Deputy team leader of ATLAS IHEP group, co-leading a team with around 40 people (13 staffs and around 30 postdocs and students) for ATLAS physics, detector operation and phase II pixel upgrade. 

  • 2012 – Present, SUSY group leader of ATLAS IHEP group, leading a group with 4 staffs, 2 postdocs and 3 graduate students for SUSY Searches in ATLAS. 

  • 2016.01 – 2017.12, ATLAS Collaboration Board Chair Advisory Group member. The group is intended to provide informal input from the collaboration on planning and policy matters and to serve as a sounding board for the evolution of ATLAS procedures. This group also serves as the core of the nominating committee for the election of the ATLAS spokesperson, the selection committee for the ATLAS Outstanding Awards and ATLAS Thesis Awards. 

  • 2015.04 – 2016.03, Convenor of the ’Electroweakino SUSY group’, leading a group around 100 people for electroweakino SUSY search. 

  • 2016-2018, Co-organizer of Chinese-American Kavli Frontiers of Science Symposium in 2018
