研究领域

课题组依托植物化学及西部植物资源持续利用国家重点实验室的天然产物研究优势,利用细胞生物学,分子生物学,化学生物学以及药理学等方法,进行天然抗肿瘤药物的筛选及研究,主要研究方向包括:

1. 基于体外培养细胞的天然产物抗肿瘤活性筛选;

2. 基于细胞信号转导通路和分子靶点(激酶、蛋白靶点等)的抗肿瘤药物筛选模型的构建和筛选;

3. 抗肿瘤活性化合物的作用机理以及作用靶点的化学生物学研究;

4. 抗肿瘤活性化合物体内药效学评价及机制研究。
