研究领域

鱼类生殖内分泌及分子遗传育种。主要从事鲤科模式鱼类-斑马鱼和养殖鱼类-鲤的生殖内分泌调控研究。通过在斑马鱼中阻断性类固醇激素的合成,构建了雄激素和雌激素缺乏、但孕激素积累的模型,针对其生殖发育和代谢等方面的研究获得了系列成果:垂体Fshβ信号通路在精巢发育/精子发生中存在反馈补偿机制、雌激素调控卵巢分化存在可塑性、雄激素维持雄性的第二性征和生殖行为、增强的孕激素通路可替代雄激素通路维持精巢发育和精子发生、性类固醇激素调控代谢的机制等。将阻断性类固醇激素合成的策略在两性异形的鲤中进行应用,首创了可大规模连续生产的全雌鲤和高伪雄鲤群体,显著提升了养殖产量和效率。

另外,还针对胰岛素Insulin、垂体促泌乳素Prolactin、促甲状腺素Tshβ等内分泌激素进行了糖脂代谢、离子吸收、幼稚转化期发育等过程的研究。
