基于毛细管电泳分离技术与高灵敏度的纳米电极安培检测器 (EC)和电化学发光检测器(ECL)相联用,用于临床药物动力学、环境污染物、中药指纹图谱和手性药物的分离分析研究,工作的重点是对检测器进行改进,提高检测的灵敏度和选择性,以达到对被检测物的高效、灵敏和快速分析。
