研究领域

(一) 药物早期ADME/T研究
药物进入机体历经吸收(Absorption)、分布(distribution)、代谢(metabolism)和排泄(excretion)等进程,影响药物在体内的暴露量和代谢动力学(药代动力学Pharmacokinetics, PK)行为。药物在整体水平的表观PK行为取决于两大属性:药物自身属性(drug-specific properties, DSP)及生物系统属性(biological system-specific properties, BSSP)。药物早期ADME/T研究是利用计算和体外等方法(包括人源化的组织体系、模式动物组织与细胞以及现代快速分析技术),研究决定药物PK行为的自身属性。该技术可优化先导化合物的类药性、缩短药物研发周期,降低药物研发失败率和成本;与整体药代结合,为临床用药提供最佳保障。
(二)医药工业生物技术
利用生物转化结合工业色谱技术,建立环境友好、化学合成难转化物质合成和和制备。已完成多种高附加值药用成分的工业化规模生产工艺,如利用全新可再生资源的紫杉醇原料药生产等。
